Run for Peace 2026: A Morning of Smiles, Strides, and Shared Purpose

The alarm clocks rang earlier than usual—but for a good cause.

Run for Peace 2026 brought together students, alumni, families, and partners for a meaningful morning filled with energy, laughter, and community spirit. Even Jollibee and the whole gang showed up bright and early, adding extra cheer to an already vibrant atmosphere.

From carefully planned outfits to “serious” step counting (or at least attempting to), participants embraced the spirit of the run with enthusiasm. Whether you conquered every kilometer with determination or enjoyed a more relaxed pace, the event reminded everyone that the journey matters just as much as the finish line.

Organized in collaboration with the Mendiola Consortium, Run for Peace 2026 was more than just a physical activity. It was a celebration of unity in motion—a shared commitment to promoting peace, wellness, and camaraderie within the community.

From the first stretch to the final photo ops, the day was filled with:

  • Smiles that reflected genuine joy

  • Laughter that echoed across the route

  • Friendly waves and encouraging cheers

  • A collective spirit of togetherness

Events like this highlight what makes the SJCS community special: connection, participation, and a shared purpose that extends beyond campus walls.

Run for Peace 2026 wasn’t just about kilometers covered—it was about memories created, bonds strengthened, and a reminder that when we move together, we move stronger.

One community. One cause. One peaceful stride at a time.
